You survived the night! Your shelter kept you safe, but you need a more permanent structure that will last. You lost all of your food supplies so you must find some food for the days to come. In your journal list some of the foods (plants and animals) that you can find in your area and tell how you will protect your food supply from further damage.
The new, permanent structure that we will live in are the trees that we will have torched out. We have a separate tree for food supplies and this is where we will keep the food that we will gather. We will gather some edible berries for food. There are also some poisonous plants that we will stay away from so that we will survive. We will not be able to live on berries alone so we will hunt and dry many animals for food. We will protect our food supply form further damage by putting a deer hide over the door.
